Any automotive paints in touch up spray can are fine. Scotch pad it wipe it with alcohol or acetone then shoot the pattern you like. You could also sponge paint it and cover with clear polyurethane.

  • I used shrink tubing once on Cyrano 970, turned out good. Until I did that I didn't know shrink tubing comes in such a large diameter. You have to pick the right diameter and shrink ratio. The shrink tubing I found is black and somewhat glossy.

  • don and dan thank you guys a lot for the info ,

don do you know the easy way to do camo your self with paint?

  • The Cyrano starts out with a rubberized coating over the aluminum barrel. You need to make sure you strip it all off. I think to do it properly you'll need to disassemble the gun.

dan i sand it very good to smoth but no to close to the metal to be able to use the bottom coating that they use i think it came out good , thank for the info but i dont have any tool to do it like that and i dont know how .

  • if you lok at the pic where you run the line is crack all the way thru and i can drill side ways but it wil make it weak

  • Do to the pressure I would look for a used muzzle, when the sun bake on it the plastic may fail. E-bay is another good place, I'll have a look and come back.
