Now that every member of the FWC panel agreed 100% out loud on video NOT to discriminate spearfishing, i don't see any reason later not to push it into state waters. Do permit and African pompano have less rights in federal waters?

If we push for that we will loose the right to spear in fed waters. TRUST me, regardless of what was said at that meeting they can and will change their mind if we ask for it. There is WAY to much money behind the state water issue. They figure with us only in fed waters it leaves them to do what they have been doing for years.
I agree it's NOT fair or right but I'd rather have the opportunity to shoot in fed waters than none.
