I would scale and gut all of the fish to attract the Bull Shark with the Cobias. Shoot the Cobia off his belly and then get in the boat and drink a beer

the last time I went out with rolo there were sharks aroun us all the time , not big , but still.... so up there they are a lot more abundant. here I don't see them to often.

Good on ya mate, just make sure they are not pinned against the reef wall if you get bold with them.

We normally use cudas here for chumming. They bring sharks, but also muttons, kings, cuberas, dogs, etc...
Of course, I'm talking about good visibility. With murky water we don't chum.
