Not a PB but still a monster.

    I shot this calico today while looking for WSB's. unfortunately the whites just weren't around. I talked to a few people who said they were in the same area yesterday and, they saw the same stuff we did which was lots of skidish bait and kelp that was laying down. I say give it another 2 weeks and they will be thick! He went 8.5lb's. At first I thought I had a new PB cause the previous 10lbr I shot was about as fat as he was but now that I'm look back my PB was a lot longer and had a mouth the size of a large dinner plate This guy was prob about 24 inch and was really fat.

    Thanks Don. It was nice meeting you at the legends event. I wish I could have chatted a bit longer.


    You know... I really could care less about the where abouts where I shoot my fish. I tell people all the time were I go. I welcome people to the spot I dive. Plus its La Jolla who doesn't dive there and, it makes for a good background.
