If you can´t sell them for any reason, you may try to fix them with some layers of fiberglass and epoxy. Send them to your local surf shop. The fix is not perfect but it holds.

Just curious which carbon are those fins made of? The old carbon (T400) is supposed to be much less durable than the new carbon (T700) Just curious to see if the same problems are ocurring with the newer weave.
-
Which generation footpockets?
-
Those are the first generation Falcons with the T300 weave. The new ones with the T700 have a different C4 logo sticker on them.
-
I've never heard of those specifications, sounds like manufacturer mumbo jumbo to me. The carbon fiber fabric I know is specified in #K and #g/m² twill or plain.
-
those are the terms for describing the weight of the fabric and the weave. the T400 and T700 are to the best of my knowledge the terms C4 uses. I dont know what the actual difference is and the pattern (weave) looks almost identical.

Which generation footpockets?
newest ones i believe, The foot pockets are 1 month old
-
C4 has it on their website what each means in terms of tensile strength
-
they claim that the T700 are 40% stronger than the T300
-
I know there was some discussion before on this topic. I just talked with my friend whose C4 flap cracked, I will post a picture tomorrow.

It's this thread http://spearfishing.world/fins…breaking-2.html#post53558
