    Me imagino que te refires desde el punto de vista del racismo. Actualmente yo no lo mire asi aunque se puede entender. Los perros que se entrena para attacke tienen que morder en la vida real para ser buenos. Los policia de aqui lo hacen igual cuando aparece la possibilidad, solo que tienen que hacerlo legalmente. Por eso muchas veces el policia norte americano deja a su perro seguir mordiendo mas de lo que ya era suficiente.

    That was awful, those perps were just sitting ducks. Dogs have to train agression toward humans in a real life scenario, a sorry ass person yelling please boss is not a threat for a dog by any means. A drug high junky wielding a steel pipe it´s another story.

    Actually dogs have to be able to attack a passive suspect, or doing anything for that matter. A real bite is a real bite and the more the dog does it the better it becomes. The punching and kicking of those guys appears uncalled for. On the other hand we don't know what their crime was.
