glenn---Welcome to THE best freedive spearfishing forum EVER. Dan has built a nice friendly place with lots of very knowledgable spearos. Please to check out the Freedivestore.com here (upper right corner of this page) for some of THE best spearin gear available.
I might also suggest using the search function FIRST for all your questions THEN asking ANY question if you cannot find it on the SEARCH. (This is also WAY faster than waiting for an answer).
Good luck, hope you enjoy spearin as much as I have for 30+years, and welcome aboard.
