i think hes probably one of the two types u jsut described, or some friggen guy who thinks hes keen on the way a shark thinks,, in my opinion the right stimulus and that shark would of made a quick sweep or charge and that would of been the end of that, also with the fast metabolism those large free swimming sharks have, it would of only been a matter of time before the big white would of gotten hungry enough to get more than jsut a little visually curious

i know he strictly dives from the beach and usually swims out to first or second reef..
before i got into spearfishing i would go collecting corals (only legals of course) and cool little inverts and what not,, usually jsut swimming out from the john u loyd area but outside the state park,, ive seen a lot the smaller cudas right over that patch of rubble and macro algea that u swim over before the reef when heading from the shore,,, but im sure thayre much more prevelant in the intercoastal and waterways like you said

this is something everyones proobably aware of about cudas, but i work at a salt water fish shop in ft. lauderdale and from time to time our local diver brings in baracudas anywhere between 6 inches and 18 inches or so. we dont like to carry them becasue it really isnt fair to the cuda which needs more room.. but we get special orders for them and hold them until pick up,, msotly ppl with ginormous tanks..
but whenever working in the tank ive forgoten to take my ring off before and i never even see them hit me i jsut feel it they are so fast,,when feeding ill throw some baby grunts or guppies in and all u see is a streak move from side to side and all the little grunts jsut dissapear.., u literally dont see them hit they move so fast

mmk good to know,, especially about the line release only holding one wrap, wtf is that all about?
cool cool thanks av ill check out the hammer head,, and really i think i might be smarrt to wait a few more paychecks and get a riffe, well see

okay so looking around ive not seen a whole lot that i like more than the omer spear.. but Mako looks like a good option too.. and they offer four payment interest free financing!! :) anyone have any input on mako guns. experiences good bad or indiferent// also whats the deal between open and closed muzzle,, i think my POS jbl had a closed muzzle, what conditions suite the two or is it really jsut a preference.
    thanks again

nice, that sounds like a much better time, lol. and egh, it was better than work at least.
itll be nice when these offshore storms pass and we get some mellow calm days..
and thats sayin somethin when even the lgs dont rap at you

thanks alot pargo,, who do u work with? i saw the "sneak" of the gun ur workin on it looks amazing.,, and yeah i love my omer bandit its proven itself time and again.. ive gone hours on end without a leak or hint of fog, its nice and it smellled like cherries when it was new (i dont know why). i like their snorkels alot too,, ha and nice omer icon u make that yourself, thats pretty in depth for a joke.

casue i like omer,, but any suggestions would be great
i looked at makos they look like they could be nice and def priced right, a lot of the nicer guns are jsut too much for me right now though,, a buddy of mine jsut got a riffe its beautiful and shoots smooth but my pockets jsut arnt deep enough

hah, good to know.. hes mentioned a few stories,, shootin manta rays, droppin guns, sinkin kayaks,
