White shark off Deerfield

This is a repost from planet, happened yesterday a little over a mile offshore.

A 14' great white ate Dale's 80 lb. amberjack off the back of Paul's boat off Deerfield about half an hour ago. Dale had liftbagged the AJ to the surface. Paul and Eric had a tug of war with the GW at the back of the boat but never got a photo because they realized that Dale was still in the water doing deco without a gun (because he had lift bagged it with the fish). Great whites are sighted about once a year off Jupiter. I guess that this one came a little further South in the colder water that we've had the last couple of days. I'm sure that Paul and Eric know the difference between a great white and a bull - Paul has killed enough bulls off the back of his boat as a commercial shark fisherman.
