Went out yesterday

    The water was real nice, good vis and it was my first time with a spear in hand. had a blast. We saw a bunch of small fish.

    Sounds like you had fun.
    I was there yesterday yakin/spearin just out from the pier and came across 2 ladies [20-30yr] shorkling with a $15. dive float out at the 15-20 ledge^^
    They said they were having a good time also.
    IMO I do not like that you have to come in to Meade? street with yaks, there is no rinse off there and I ended up with sand all over and in my truck:(

    You can launch from 200 ft north of the pier as well.


    Of all of my beach dives I have to say first reef at Dania is my favorite. I have that reef structure memorized and can navigate it in my head.

    LOL yeah that was funny with that hog , I am really excited to see the second reef off dania , Stevo yeah tomorow is not looking so good hey seaweed buddy u should come with us next time to help us navigate on the second reef .

    seaweed, when I get back to Ft. Lauderdale from winter break, do you wanna do a beach dive off dania?? I love the reef off the end of the pier, but neve dove meade street. I heard that it was not allowed because of the lifeguards.

    I dont do 2nd reef shore dives. I'm too lazy plus those boat drivers are really stupid.


    I'm up for a beach dive during a weekday if the weather is good.
