While looking at the Ft. Lauderdale webcam I noticed that they have it fixed on a divers flag out in the water. A scuba diver is attempting 3 days underwater. He changes his own tanks and has people bring him food so that he can eat underwater. A doctor checks on him and visitors can volunteer to help him.

I always call it sapo, toad fish in english. We would catch them at night when fishing for snapper in shallow muddy areas.

By eliminating the 50ml of dead air in the snorkel on average a diver can increase his bottom time by 1.48s.

No problems, ethanol is used as a "filler". It is cheaper than gas so it helps keeps costs down when it is mixed.
It's like adding an extra scoop of rice to a meal but making the steak smaller.

Those bars make me lean towards cubera.

I have a 100m beuchat pacific reel with 100m of yellow 1.7mm spectra for sale. I also made an aluminum insert for it to mount to my wood gun. I'm selling it for $140 if you are interested.
It is way too much line for me, I'm getting an 80m reel.

I had the same problem with neoprene socks. With lycra socks I am fine but when I go to neoprene instant cramps like you Frank. The suction is what causes it for me. So I decided to break the suction by burning many holes in it with a fine nail. It works fine and I prefer neoprene now.

"at least" 12x12, I'm guessing the smallest dimension must be 12" if you were making one.
Florida Statute 327.331
(c) “Divers-down flag” means a flag that meets the following specifications:
1. The flag must be square or rectangular. If rectangular, the length must not be less than the height, or more than 25 percent longer than the height. The flag must have a wire or other stiffener to hold it fully unfurled and extended in the absence of a wind or breeze.
2. The flag must be red with a white diagonal stripe that begins at the top staff-side of the flag and extends diagonally to the lower opposite corner. The width of the stripe must be 25 percent of the height of the flag.
3. The minimum size for any divers-down flag displayed on a buoy or float towed by the diver is 12 inches by 12 inches. The minimum size for any divers-down flag displayed from a vessel or structure is 20 inches by 24 inches. -
