Max Panel rating is 45 Amps @ 12vDC
Each on the 6 Thermal trip breakers rate @ 15 Amps @ 12vDC (15a x 12 volts= 180 watts)
Water Resistant rating is IP67 ( 1 meter submersion for 30 min)
I really like these Blue Sea panels, bulletproof construction and very well made.
Cheers, Don
Trial fit the panel.
Sorry just saw the blurry image.

Damn, looks professional. Awesome job.

Thanks buddy, it's going slow, as I put my boys baseball training first:thumbsup2:....then there is the GF that wants Shite done in the backyard with me providing the free labor.;) She likes shoes, handbags, dancing and wine. I just want to buy a boat part every couple weeks.:D
Cheers, Don
Another square hole cut to mount the last switch/fuse panel for the stereo and spot light. I have one more hole in the fiberglass to cut for the tach, then the itchy part is done and I can wash off all the dust.
No boat is done till you drip a little blood on it.;)

This is going to be the highest tech inflatable in all 7 seas
I hope you're using rectabular excursion brackets
Just trying to find space for the ...:thumbsup2:;)
Hahaha nice Steven. I know I have accidentally used some of those before. When a #12 bolt and #12 but won't link, you know you are getting rectabulared
How to blow your pub crawl $.
Garmin 440S GPS /depth combo and a few bits. The console needs a good bath tomorrow before I get deep into wiring. Next week I need to procure water pressure, water temp, and amp gauges to complete the helm.

Out in the sunlight.
Looks very nice and its mobile from the looks of it. So how do you bolt that puppy onto an inflatable?

Thanks.
The bottom floor of the console is reinforced in the corners where Ti hardware runs thru the inflatable's floor panel. The radar arch and console will sit on the same floor panel with the arch or A-frame bracketed to the transom. I'm in contact with someone that may donate some trick bonded Alum honeycomb panels for me to use in the build as well. I'll show detail for the deck as I get closer to set it.
Here is a image of Avon CRRC showing the floor. There are aluminum slats/plate which span the beam of the hull in pockets within the ballistic Kevlar reinforced decking materiel. Mine has Aluminum floor plates that sit on top of this.

Excuse the birds nest, tie wraps, loom sheathing and clamps later this week. All systems wired except the Radar
and solar panel and remaining gauges. The gray and orange wire are unused spares. The white box is the battery charge controller for the solar panel. The + and - bus bars will get protective boots.
The week plan is to complete the radar arch and mod the trailer to fit the boat, later moving both in the garage
for floor work and setting the motor, console, and trim tabs.

Hey Don, this is a great project.
Thank you for sharing it with all of us.

Thank you trace, this protect has developed ''mission creep'' (The tendency for a task, esp a military operation, to become unintentionally wider in scope than its initial objectives) for sure.;)

Rain on the way but finished a few bits before covering.
Zinc chromate painted (2 coats) the inside on the aluminum motor plates.
Found a spot for the 10 GPM Guzzler hand pump. I have a 1'' area below the large scupper ports that will hold water and don't want to get my Ugg boots wet at night. Decided not to use a electric bilge pump for this...less Goat-F... from a dry pump or battery drain.

My used JRC radar unit never had a power cord or plugs but was priced right. I sourced the correct pin connectors from a great resource called Digikey.Com and the ordered parts were on my door step the next day from Falls river Mi. Today I procured a meter of shielded cable with the correct color code for power and NMEA data transfer. The rest of the day will be soldering the 17 connections before a movie with the GF and boy.
Cheers, Don
Radar scanner cable= list 30 bucks a meter. ''Free'' diver/ scrounger cost = trade for a DVD of Blue Water Hunters.:thumbsup2:
