  • Incredible! Was a shark shield in play? That tiger's eye membrane kept closing as it approached and turned away, just wondering why? Maybe the song "Danger Zone" would have been appropriate...

    Great footage!!

  • thank's for your friendly feedback!:)
I took the great white sharks footage at the time they were patrolling around the boat ... the head in the water by being extra careful!

tiger sharks? no cage or " shark shield used"...
my friend equipped with tanks stayed during the encounter at about 100ft depth and was watching how things were going.
tigers visit lasted about ten minutes and were made by two females (bigger than males)
I improvised while following the fundamental basic rule++: you must focus on the shark and make all the time a visual control of the sharks movements
Tiger sharks know intuitively if you get distracted or focused on something else, that makes the situation much more risky
The verticality shape of he freediver usually troubles the tiger shark and makes it curious to get close... pretty close++!

the tiger has to protect itself in case... before it decide to rush/ attack
risk taken needs to be evaluated by the predator
