I'd prefer that it automatically display the surface interval too, but I really don't miss it that much (especially considering the price of the watch.) I just "listen to my body" to sense when I'm relaxed enough for my next dive. If I'm doing deep dives (for me that's ~70-100') then I give myself ~5 min. surface interval. The watch has a countdown timer, but I haven't messed with that.

Your body will lie if there's some fish action down there :)

how many more spearfishing vids are ganna have the same dodododododdodododododod music?? lmao don't get me wrong the song pumps me up but ..come on....

Can someone help with the name of that track?
(not for a spearing video :))
    thanks

Edit: found it: BertycoX - The Signal

there is at least three configurations of the. banks board I'm sure its just molded into that configuration

From what I know, there's just one board. Different parts can be attached to the inserts (as this winder is).
John just posted the new model pics 2 hours ago on Facebook...

I think its just an adjustable floatline when you determine what depth your diving at you let out the appropriate ammount of line?

I didn't explained myself well... I see how it works and it's function. I'm curious how it's made...

Its really easy. Buy a cheap slick bottom bodyboard and make sure that it is closed cell foam throughout (not Styrofoam filled). Buy a mesh game bag that is just smaller than the board and punch holes through the board from the bottom and zip tie one side of the bag down to the holes. Flip the leash plug upside down and attach a tuna clip to the bottom.

It should last 3 years of serious abuse.

Then save up for a BanksBoard!

Sorry to hijack this with a question but:
on hover the banksboard link you get this image:

Does anyone has more info on that system (I mean the spooling)?

Welcome Fernando, you live in the land of huge Bluefin, a world racord came from there taken with a Riffe
Island gun a few years ago.

    Cheers, Don Paul

Hi all and thanks for the welcome.
Yeah, Paulo Gaspar lands some nice fish. A few years ago he also got a marlin that fell 10 Kg short of WR.

    Safe dives

    Hey all,
Just registered today but have been reading around some of the great stuff that you have here in the forum.
I've been diving for 18 years here in the Azores and am always trying to improve...
Hope to learn and share the little that I know with you.
    Safe dives!
