What shafts are those?
I don't know which shafts they are but if you're asking about the two flopper one where the floppers are offset, I used to use a shaft like that but I made it myself by adding the second flopper. It increases holding power without affecting accuracy too much. But I think that a well tuned single flopper is good enough. I made the second flopper shorter than the main one.

this vid,"tobago summer 08" was made by richard p.junior. he,his father and me diving often together.
they using 3/8" riffe shafts, and they drilling an extra hole for the second barb. but they dont like to shoot in caves or at rocks. i dive little different. accustomed shooting anything, anytime, everywhere, so i use the
5/16 shaft, longer rubbers and one barb. i think the music in this vid is a venezoelan group that he know personal, "naturalmente". greets
