Don when you do Yoga do you do it alone at home with a video or do you prefer going to a class.

I took up martial arts when I was 14 and yoga is something I studied from a book to keep from taking
Ritalin.

If I was a young stud today I would find a coed Yoga class in a heart beat.

the way to go right here..me, 4 gay guys and 120 flexible girls in tight pants.....no wonder my breathing is always so heavy during a yoga session...i never did the math before hahaha

I did some yoga in Kona with Annabelle. She showed me her pre-dive warmup and I totally enjoyed it. Great way to maximize your diving ability. I forgot most of the streches now, but I think they are very similar to the ones in Pelazzari's book... Now if I could just dive 25% as good as Annabelle I might be getting somewhere.
