I started this thread last year in an effort to provide spearin conditions in my area.
In that same venue I want to post up what IMO is a very helpful web site.
For me, everything is here including marine forecast, radar, beach cam, live cam, weather history, tides, etc
Hope this helps

me and scott went to Meade St for 1/2 a day. We GPSd it out to Scotts Rock, dropped anchors and I stayed in that one place all morning shooting fish:thumbsup2:
scott got some nice fish. He told me of one mack he hit from 15f away :cool2:
I lucked out and got in a reef fish feeding frenzy. I shot 3 24in+ macs, a couple dogs and a BIG bag of reef fish.
Scott said the bag weighed "30lbs" :thumbsup2: Since I stayed in one spot so long, 2 nurse sharks came in and started eating fish guts and rooting around. I shot a jack right off the top of one of the sharks and he wasn't to happy and started following the jack on my spear up to me. [wish my shark spike would come in the mail;)]
FWC came by and checked scott out then came down the reef and talked to me. They said that there was a freediving accident up by the Dania Pier, hope everyone is ok. Wasn't one of us as far as I know.
FWC said the diver was "older than you Hau". They [FWC] know I don't shoot grouper and don't grab bugs so we just talk for a short and then they were on their merry way.
Had a very good 1/2 day yak freedivingspearfishing :attack2: :fish:
Thanks for watchin my back scott -
