New to forum. I have been spearing for a couple of years now mainly on the reefs surrounding the coast of Venezuela. I am a diplomat in Caracas and really have enjoyed the weather and the waters in Venezuela. There is a bunch of coastline and not that much fishing pressure. I usually go after snapper and grouper but would like to make the transition to some blue water fish.
I got transitioned to spearing after years of being a shore fisherman. I really like being able to choose what I will take home to eat.
