Well, last week end went out with Fernando, "Pepe yola", Naranjo and Carmelo. We found a very good spot that was laoaded with Muttons and Dog Snappers (but not only). Depths between 50 and 80 feet. All freediving (of course

O man, i had liked Riffes so far, but i am aware that there are some real nice wooden guns around for an alternative. Sea snipers Euros are among the sweetest options out there.
The only thing that really sucks about the Riffes is the handle. If they'd fix that it would be a top notch gun.

I know where are you coming from, i had never used a handle that i can really say that i like. Maybe the Alexander. Too big paws

I Don't have any pic of Pepe's guns. Just can say that are awfull, but effective. The guy copied the riffe's mechanism and fabricated it with a file and a saw...
Dan: Teakseas are way expensive. They make them one by one. That was my first wooden gun and was broght from Italy by my mom. Really nice well made guns.

You know? "American" prices are normally expensives. You know how much does a Picasso or Omer gun costs in Italy? Is ridiculous, like 200 bucks!
Those esperasubs probably cost less than 1000 US$. Why don't you ask?
