Wow, Those muzzles look great. I'm just starting to build guns myself. How did you shape your muzzles like that? Is the gun on the bottom semi-enclosed? I can't tell.. Keep us posted on your build. Great work so far!

beautiful my friend..your friends are quite lucky

Thanks guys:
Lunker they were my fishing partners, they are like my sons, both went to the US to work, so I have to dive alone again.
Fletch I did the holes with forstner bits , then I carve the muzzle with a table belt sander and a hand one like the one in the pic, for some parte I use the drill with a small drum sander and a dowel with sand paper around it.

Very nice mate, I like the muzzles and the lines of the stock. I can smell the fresh teak now.:D
Cheers, Don

Thank Don, yes I love the smell of fresh teak too, but my eyes dont like teak much:@, I have to use eye protection all the time while sanding, I taper both blanks and then cut for the handles so they get closer to the triggers.

Pucho, those are beautiful, the muzzle is what I like the most, pretty neat. You have fortunate friends.

"using Teak, but can use CAOBA just the same and it's more cheap".
I think that's what you said. (my wife's Honduran and I'm a slow learner of language) What is caoba? -

Sorry Hank, caoba = mahogany, local mahogany is cheap, even if is imported is cheaper than teak.
