Nice vid. I always find it interesting how the fish that get shot are barely visible, if at all, in the vids but when we're down there taking the shot they are clear as day.

Weakness of the tiny aperture of the gopro. And then add the convex lens and you are in tiny town.

Amazing video. Especially the shot of you guys swimming up after shooting that hog and you diving. Never enough third person angles in spearfishing videos. Also enjoyed the choice of music.
I am glad to see someone else shoot a speargun like a pistol. I thought I was the only crazy two handed shooter.

I agree, Dan. I had a better version of the video but lost it, twice. I only have Sony Vegas Pro at school and windows live on my laptop, which I don't think is capable of running anything much better.

Out solo today in hollywood. water stayed brown no matter how far i paddled, so i turned back and anchored in 65'. I lucked out (couldnt see your feet in the water at the surface) and hit reef first try

then about 45' down to the bottom it turned into this
Then I found this, and some decent Dogs and Mangroves. Very lively today

dang. i went to FAU for a semester and didnt have any dive/ spear buddies so i never really hit the water. now im back in estero where youve gotta go at least 15 miles to get to a decent visibility. and even then the upper half of the water columns crap, doable, and absolutely tons of fish but vis is nothing like boca.
