I was turned on to this site by one of my dive buddies, MMAGUY, and greatest thanks to him as well to the mods for approving me so quickly.
I grew up in Oceanside,Ca and have always been a sportsman of one sort or another. During a trip to Belize I tried spearfishing and was instantly addicted. That was about two years ago. Living near Aspen, Colorado at the time, it sucked to be me. In March I moved my family back to San Diego county and ever since have been diving regularly.
Most all of my spearfishing is done from the shore. I'm sot especially skilled nor do I pretend to be. I love the ocean and am always in awe when I see the life in it. I have great respect for all life. Most all the spearos I've dove with are pretty stand up guys and I look forward to diving with more of the people I meet here. Thanks for reading my intro.
