Spear Art Show and Beer Tasting

    Heads up on this show coming up in Sept. Hang out, geek on gear, tell stories and check out spearfishing art. Amadeo is making the trek down just for the event.


    The show will feature art by Amadeo, Tim Gunther and Spearoart Jimmy. It should be a good time. Come on out if you can. It's free of course.

    Any of you SD guys know if J+J still has the bottom scratcher gear on display? I haven't seen it for 8 years.

    Ken's work is awesome! I have several of his pieces.


    I would love to have that yellowtail on the paddy piece from Amadeo. I think it is the best work he has done.

    I think Ken has printed about 10 of my fish... only two have made it to my place, but they're treasured pieces. Honored just to be involved in the process.


    Likewise, I won an original print from Amadeo... over a year ago. Unfortunately he gave me the option to choose what I want... so I haven't been able to decide.     OUTSTANDING!!! I have lots of bare wall space throughout the house.

    Don, I was just at J&J. They still have a really nice display of Bottom Scratcher gear.

    Amadeo is coming down a day early, hopefully to dive. I have been out of the water painting for the show for a month now.. if anyone has any dope on action and doesnt mind giving it up, let me know via a PM.. it would be great to get Amadeo on some fish in So-Cal.
