So I have always loved fruit juice and I enjoy veggies but mostly as a side.i enjoy an occasional shot of wheatgrass at the smoothie place but I admit my eating is mostly protein and a side dish. I have been reading lately about raw diets and the benefits of eating more raw foods and I decided to get a juicer.
I did a lot of research and was gonna get a really nice masticating juicer but I decided to go cheap first to see if I liked it.
This went with some pork chops for dinner. More than I've eaten in a day ever. Pretty tasty too
Any one else eat experiment with raw diet or juicing? At least seems like a great way to use extras from the garden.
