Lost and Found

  • Good story and congrats on the find. I've had an interesting lost and found myself so I know the feeling. How do you figure the spear got so far away from the original point? The current couldn't have moved it and the mackerels are usually too small to pull a shaft such a distance. Maybe a shark took the fish and everything came along with it?

That decal on the back window of your truck, looks like you had it made from the pic I shot of Rolo ascending. I want royalties! <img src= " height="23" srcset="https://spearfishing.world/forum/images/smilies/emojione/1f606@2x.png 2x"> I'll settle for a graciasub speargun  J/K

What do you use the blue drum for? Good idea BTW.

  • It was actually a yellow jack that took the shaft but the line was very chafed when I found it so the probability of a shark or cuda is very likely. The blue drum is where I pack all my gear and doubles as a fish container. The place is not too far from my house so I don't worry about spoilage.

Any similarities of the decal to any living being is purely coincidental.^^
