Hello from Italy

    Hello everyone,
I'm Luca, a 44 old man from Bologna, Italy.
I love spearfishing and freediving, but I live far to the sea and I can't to fish much...
Usually I go to fish in the Tirreno sea, and when I can I go to Elba island, a very nice place:thumbup:
Thanks to forum I hope to get new informations about common passion, to meet new friends and to share with you my experience.
Now, I'm going to read a lot of posts!!

    Hi,
    Luca

    Hi Luca,
    Welcome!

I live in Shanghai and have to travel to other countries to spear, so I can fully understand how you feel.

Tell me, with you being in the motherland of oleos - you hunt with oleos or arbaletes?;-)

(Oleo is Italian shorthand for pneumatics;-))

    Hi, thanks for the welcome.:)
I use a oleos Mares Sten 100 with STC Italia wacuum head, a good mix for my target but the most fishermans use the arbalete. The oleos are too noisy, but I love them!! <img src= " class="smiley" srcset="https://spearfishing.world/forum/images/smilies/emojione/1f606@2x.png 2x" height="23" width="23" loading="eager" data-tooltip="biggrin" aria-label="biggrin">

I love it! My first gun was an oleo and the rest are as well;-). All with vacuum muzzles.

I have an STC muzzle on an old Mirage I bought second hand from a guy in... Italia;-)
But I am waiting for some spare parts as the shock absorber broke. I have Evo Air and Salvimar Vuoto muzzles on the other guns.

    Welcome again!

    welcome aboard!

been using for years in the Med Sea this nice gun
liked the energy given to the shaft at the time it hit the fish..

I'm agree with you! It's simple to charge and to use.
    Thanks for the welcome:)
