Anyone want to head out friday early looks like a little break in the weather. The viz might suck but just want to paddle out and hope for good things.

Anyone able to go out tomorrow. I'm planning on going around 9:15 off Ft.Lauderdale if anyone is free to go.

Went out today the Viz was great got 1 really nice mac, a nice hog and mutton. The current was running south but slow at times it felt like it wasn't even moving. My buddy got a hog that was around 22 inches may b bigger and a huge grover about 20 to 22 inches. All in all it was nice to be in the water.

Went out today n met steven out on the water. I got a nice 22 inch hog viz was still good but not as good as wednesday. I plan on going out tomorrow around 9:30 in Ft.Lauderdale weather permitting.

Like Hau said I jumped out today for a quick dive just had to get out. I had about 25 - 30 ft of viz it was a little bumpy but worth getting out I managed to get 1 17inch hog.

Had a quick break today so I jumped in at Vista like Hau said the beach buns I passed going up Ft.Lauderdale Beach where amazing thank god for spring break. The viz was good at vista started out on the 2nd saw alot of ? hogs but left them alone got 1 16/18 inch Margate. On a side note anyone selling or no anyone selling a Ocean Kayak Scupper/Trident or Prowler right now I have a malibu mini x but looking for something bigger. Any help would be appreciated.

Nice to have you back Hau sorry I had to leave so soon I had to break the wife and watch the little one since school was out. I didn't see much but coming across the sand I found a RA 110 floating on the bottom must have been there a long time covered in barnacles does anyone have suggestions on how to clean something like that to get everything of the gun any help would be appreciated.

Is anyone able to go out wednesday morning around 8:00/8:30 we will be hitting Meade St. in Hollywood we will be going off are kayaks

The floatline gets tangled up with my fins and since we go off the yaks I tow the yak two many lines.

The one that got away I was sitting down on the 2nd reef and as I turned I had a BIG JACK swim by. I did the Holy Shit and pulled the trigger hit him mid body as he freaked I swam to the top and the fight was on. He pulled I tugged and as I looked down to see where he was I felt the line break. I poped up curseing up a storm thinking my day was over no fish and I lost my RA shaft. I look up there is Hau chaseing the fish but he was moving to fast I let Hau know that the shaft was in him Hau says there is no shaft in him so I decide to look for a needle in a hay stack. I look around and another Holy Shit I found my RA shaft I learned a lesson time to go buy a reel. The rest of the day I just saw some little hogs and groupers but all in all it was a good day. Thanks Hau for the help.

Went out today with Hau for a few hours on the 1st at Meade St.. The viz was a little better today the current was moving south pretty good. I ended up with 4 hogs 1 14in, 2 16 in and 1 at 18 in that swam right into my mask for a fly bye he won't do that again. I also went to Meade on tuesday ended up with 3 hogs I saw one that was at least 20/22 inches but he got spoked when some mullet flew bye.

Weather permitting anyone want to try and go out friday morning around 9:30 either off Meade St.

Pargo we both dove on the Hog and me being new to the game the lungs are not all there yet. So flamencoguru took a nice shot and hit him behind the left eye. But on return to the yak I think once he took the Hog off he dopped the shaft to the ocean floor needle in a hay stack . We tried to find it but thats a little impossiable in a big ocean. The funny thing with Hau and his fish is one of the other speros thought he yelled shark but he yelled fish I just swam over to help a friend out. I glad it was'nt a shark.

Had a great day out on the water w/ Hau. Conditions were perfect we hit the jaxs first saw a few nurse sharks and a nice size hog but as soon as he saw me he went right into the jaxs. I ended the day w/ 3 triggers 12 - 13 in and a 13 in hog. Looking forward to sunday w/ the yak group.

Hau, I just checked Noaa they are saying 2ft or less for the morning and right know they are saying the seas are around 2 - 3 ft thats not so bad. It will warm up pretty quick.

Is anyone able to go out thursday morning.I plan on going off Dania or Vista park with the kayak.

Hey My name is Scott I been speafishing for a few months and I caught the bug. I go where I can put my kayak in at. Looking to learn alot from the forums with the information that is put out. Hope eveyone has a Great 2009!
