Freediving seminar

Attan, I think there is a seminar at Ponce soon, or it was one, will look for the add.

How much does a seminar like that runs? Who is the exposer/teacher? Does he/she needs to have any special certification?

I mean, I think I could do one...

I recommend the level 2 classes but not level 3 for spearfishing.

The stuff you learn is more for deep freediving down a rope. They show you how to pack and how to start your dive while breathing on your back. You know stuff we never do when we spearfish.

I hope he's slawing some fish... I haven't been in contact with him lately because of my kids soccer. I rather go see them than go out spearfishing with rough seas...

ohh marco your kids playin soccer is great..hope they keep playing...I play almost every day..when im not diving or surfing of course..good sport for your lungs and resistant..im not missing the world cup for nothing in this world exept a good day and weather for spearfishing..
