The F word ?

  • I know that this might be a late reaction to Dan's post yesterday, but i just wanted to say that i had to sit here and endure the page for an uncomfortable amount of time. To make it worse, i had a million tabs open along with it, so killing the task meant losing all the pages, and im also using linux, so it wasnt as easy as hitting ctrl-alt-delete. I ended up shutting down the laptop altogether. Very funny though, now i have something to forward to a few people around the office, sit back and listen to the screaming.

As far as the curse words, im ok with or without.

  • As a 14 year military man, correctional officer and tac officer....I pretty much use 'phuq' in all it's forms and meanings thru out my day. From a conjunction to an adjective to a verb to a noun . Very versatile acronym 'phuq' is . Alot like the nautical acronym that we know as 'shit'.
But in the wrong company it makes me bristle. Hate to hear someone say the need some phuqin' 3-d glasses to watch Toy Story 3, ya know.

  • As one of a few women here, personally, it doesn't bother me. I try not to use that word as it seems unladylike( and it would upset my mother) but I dive with guys and the usage is quite common worldwide.
You didn't ask me but since I am from Cali- there it is.

Nice name Sis!! and great nick too.
