Does the blade go all the way to the heel(molded)?

Never mind, I see what it is now. It's just a shoe with a place to slide the Razor blade into. I am still curious if that "plate" goes the full length of the shoe. I wonder how much testing they've done with it? I would think that with that type of design you would have to get some heel lift. Like your heel trying to come out of the shoe

I think that all of these types of concepts are going to eventually bring about the fin/footpocket of the future.

If the shoe is the same concept of bike shoes, the whole sole is a plake all theway from the toe to the heel.

You have a point Pucho. I hadn't thought about your bike shoe reference in that matter. The idea is good, but I dont like the whole shoe thing. Who knows. I have a feeling we'll know shortly. I have a good idea if someone has the resources to try it.

They had those at the blue wild expo. Reminds me of reeboks with a fin in them.

Nike is coming up with a version too that is called " Nike Water"
