Trygons..
The trigger mech is somewhat complicated and my customer will be supplying me with such. It's made in Greece and it's pretty interesting how it works although I've heard it's a hair trig. The shaft actually loads at the rear of the trigger mech but the sear locks in the front. I'll post a picture once I have it here. Here's a somewhat close up of the Trygons he brought me some time back.

Yes, that would be cool to see.
Maybe a dumb question, but are you making it outta solid CF or wood covered fiber? -
Well,
Yesterday I had the honor of taking the first (and second!) shot of Luis´s Gracia sub speargun.
The outcome couldn´t be better! Luis, pleasepost the pictures as soon as you can
Also the preparation of your ceviche... :cool2:
My comments (which I already did to Luis):
What I liked:
- Very precise
- No recoil
- Enough power
- Beautiful
- Easy to move in the water
- Good quality materials
- Very soft trigger mechanismWhat I would change/modify:
- I like my guns to sink with the shaft in and this one floats nose down. I would add a little lead in the sear area. But this is personal preference.
- The line release is too flat and the mono tends to come out easily. I told Luis to create a round recess with a Dremmel.
- The tip of the spear is too short. In my opinion, It must be at least as long as the flopper. I was afraid of loosing the big King I took with the second shot. Fortunately I got her gill plate and it had no chance to tear off. :thumbsup2:
- The handle is not comfortable for MY hand. But this is totally personal and my hand is different to Luis (and others).Overall, I liked very much. My only recommendations would be the line release and the spear tip.
Very good craftmanship Julio! :thumbsup2:;)

Thanks Marco.
Comments as such are what make my guns better the next time out.

Overall we had a great day, despite the bad viz,,we all took somthing home for dinner..:thumbsup2:
and Rodolfo (asesino) with a great catch like always...I had a Blast with my new Gun which Julio made specially for me with my specs ,,
and the only things needing fine tune is the extra lead in the back and lowering a bit the flopper
the rest is just fine for me.... :);):)pics...and Video are in this Thread.. http://spearfishing.world/spea…racia-sub-pics-video.html

Maybe a dumb question, but are you making it outta solid CF or wood covered fiber? The gun will be laminated teak wood...no CF on this one as per the customer. Sorry to take so long to answer.
