Nice. Would you take a JBL magnum on a trade in deal?
-
Wow. That is exquisite. I can't wait to see the whole thing
-
Looks great. I didn't see thy shark tip last time. It looks good
-
Yes shark spike, essential to south Florida diving. Finally I get to have it on a pipe gun

Only if it's plugged as per my instructions

While it is a thing of beauty (I think :)) the Speardiver Carbon Elite is a practical gun. Mr carbon is too fancy for my taste.

Nice! I likey!!:thumbsup2:
-
I'll be by to pic mine up
-
I don't know if you can load it, that's a fresh 19mm band :atongue:
-
Dan, Is the loading butt integrated with the trigger mech or is it attached in some way that I cant see?
-
The loading butt is one piece with the mech/housing. The gun is also available with the same stainless steel mech without a loading butt.
-
ooooh so nice.
gotta ditch that reel, but even for a reel, it looks awesome.
I am really digging this gun a lot. can anyone tell me about the durability or care needed to have a carbon pipegun? I only ask because I am VICIOUS to my rob allens. I slam them into rocks, wedge them against coral to hold the gun, throw them on and off boats, I lean them up against things and they fall, I am awful to them.
clearly I would imagine this gun need to be taken care of, but can anyone comment on carbon's durability for pipeguns?
thanks -
It looks really nice. Isn't it nose-heavy with all that stainless steel?
Have you tried it in the water yet?
-
I bet you can get away with all that stainless since its carbon.
-
The stainless steel head weighs 70g. The normal plastic head weighs 40g. 30g is not going to make any difference. Like Greek said a carbon gun is very light, it float like a cork.
I haven't tried this head configuration yet. Hopefully I will this weekend.

It is not thw weight but the density what matters into the water. Anyway, you gotta try it in the water. All we say here is B. S.
Nice sexy looking speargun.
Lunker: I have a carbon speargun for more than 10 years now. I don't use it very oftenly now, but it has served well to me taking some abuse for many years.
It was "Made in Italy" by a company that now makes everything in China...
Was the last good speargun they made.

that thing is pretty sweet.
