ha thanks,
dan- yeah the pool is great, you cant see in the picture but its alctually quite long and is good for target practice, i have dominated some soda cans in that pool ![]()
yup 12" to take.. thank you for the insult lol, hey believe it or not those macks are a decent size for the area
the kknife is awesome, i dont even feel it on my leg and its a breeze to take out quick and it cuts.. "like a knife"
the watch (which i did not win out of a gumball machine.. as stated by a few people) is a "freestyle shark i believe".. its good to 300 feet and i love it, it lights up bright and is easy to read. a lot of people have said why would you buy that watch for 55$ but i thinks its bad ass and its actually a well recognized brand in the surfing community.. also the state of the art
stop watch feature is cool,, i had a dive time of 2:38 seconds today which for me is very good, and every moment of that was chasing a nice lobster, which god did not grant me the gift of being good at
thanks hau, enjoy your company the ocean wiill still be there when they leave
Cool report sdeisen. Thanks for bringing some color to this thread.![]()
nice report sdeisen.
Im heading out tomorrow really early in the morning. if anyone wants to join me text me 305-799-8515
today.
thank you
Steve, is it a dive watch or just a waterproof watch? does it do depth or anything like that?
no, i wish,, im still lookin for a used suunto
they dont have mack regulations in your area? I mean you can shoot whatever size is the mack?..
Actually the macks Steven is holding have no regs, they are cero makeral you are allowed 100lbs of it
. Spanish mackerel have only yellow dots and no yellow line, they have to be 12".
On shoredives I used to see schools of hundreds passing by infront of the first and second reef. I guess it is their migration but I haven't seen it for some time now.
Here is the biggest cero I've seen caught in that area. It was bigger than it looks in the picture.
damn davie nice!!, i havnt seen one like that since last summer
yeah the cero/ spani mack thing has been beaten to death
Nice mack Davie. We got a couple of those each today, and they were decent size. One makes a good meal for my two dogs. If it's less than 12" it would be too hard to hit anyways. That's what I go by regulation wise.
BTW the seas were almost flat today but the vis was poor/green water south of Haulover. I'm getting the hang of the flying bathtub.
yeah!!! nice macks..sdeisen and seaweed I never seen more than 4 macks together...I wish I can see that...I ask because I heard florida and pr regulations are like the same in some ways..and I need to know because here in PR we have DRNA(departamento de recursos naturales)they are like cops from the nature..If they catch with fish undersize they really f*&% you up...No disrespect for your catches..I just ask when Im in doubt haha a lot of times...sdeisen I have seen some freediving watches really cheap in e-bay you should take a look..I was lookin at them and great prices..Im lookin forward to it after i buy a pursuit wetsuit !!!..BTW the knife looks great too..![]()
thanks attan, yeah the knife is great.. similar knife cost twice as much from riffe or whoever
are fwc ((like your drna) are pretty harsh also
Thats what I noticed when I saw the riffe knife..sweet!!..I want one too..you can use it in your arm?
Sure, just tighten the straps. I've also seen wide elastic straps for this knife but I'm not sure how they work.

If it is what I think it is I've seen them slide on like a sock instead of clipping on.
that sounds awesome,, you could prob make something like that out of licra or 1.5mm neoprene
i think I hate my lycra socks and I might decommission them to try that out, good idea Steverino ![]()
btw, does anyone know where 1mm neoprene socks can be obtained? I have 2mm akona socks that are too thick?
meade today with hey you
