My Friend Erik send me an email
saying it was his birthday and that he has taken a
few days out to celebrate it, his boat was already
in the water and that if I could go tuesday we would
go blue water hunting.
we found a floating debree, and we headed that way, it
was full of barnacles and bait fish all over ther place,
and we jumped in.
As soon as we cleared the bubles, there were 3 wahoos, we call them Petos
we loaded, and I missed a very easy shot after a good aspetto
for them, Erik shot one but it rip off after a short fight,I was under
water maybe 40 feet down when Erik took his shot,I could see the
wahoos and him with the surface as a back ground, what an incredible
sight.
While we were regreting our "bad luck" , a few Mahi Mahi, came to see what we were.
Erik took a shot at one and while his fish was fighting he started
yelling to me thet all the others were there, had an easy shot at
the bull mahi and I could hear him laughing out loud from his snorkel.
We landed our fish and took a few pics, jumped back and took one more,
and headed shore to clean the fish and head home.
It was a gorgeous day, and we have fresh tasty fish to eat ,
plus some nice Mahi Mahi pictures to brag about.
